Marketing & Events Coordinator
Los Angeles; Remote

We’re looking to expand our marketing team with an organized and enterprising full-time manager/coordinator who is ready to assume a wide range of brand and product marketing responsibilities for our fast-paced, agile startup. Ideal candidates will take initiative without being asked, respond quickly and creatively to dynamic situations, and wear as many hats as occasion requires. 

You will work with our marketing director across all varieties of marketing, communications and customer success-related initiatives––with particular emphasis on event and lead gen project management and implementation.

Responsibilities include assisting with and/or leading:

  • Tracking, planning, coordination and execution of live and digital events
  • Digital and multi-platform lead generation campaigns
  • Customer success content development & communications
  • Maintenance and development of the brand's online properties
  • Development of marketing messaging and creatives, including display, video, and print
  • Coordinating with marketing partners on global marketing initiatives


  • Capable, organized multitasker
  • On-time delivery
  • Strong creative/design instincts
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time to ensure key objectives are met
  • Experience with events (conferences)
  • Experience with Hubspot


  • Experience with design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
  • Strong writing ability
  • Web design (especially Webflow)
  • Experience with video editing a plus.
  • Experience with social media
  • Familiarity with AI/machine learning
  • Familiarity with dental industry

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/communications


  • Remote (U.S. with West/Mid-West preferred)
