Experienced SaaS and customer success leader joins Pearl to drive AI adoption and impact for dental teams

Katz brings more than a decade of experience leading customer success in software businesses, including roles at Atlassian, Okta, and Adobe. He is recognized for building organizations that prioritize trust, retention, and outcomes by aligning frontier technology with the real needs of human users. Katz’s background uniquely positions him to further strengthen Pearl’s role as dentistry’s most trusted and reliable AI partner for patient care delivery.
