Problem: Images or Results Fail to Load

Solution:

-Ensure that the computer is connected to the local network.

-Ensure that the local network is connected to the internet.  

-Ensure that the networked image drive where radiographs are stored (if utilized) is connected to the network.

-Quit & restart Second Opinion®

-If the problem persists, contact Second Opinion® Customer Service.
