To use Second Opinion®, a username and password combination is required.Contact Pearl at customer support@hellopearl.com or contact your account representative to obtain a set of credentials.
After installation, the Second Opinion® can be started by launching the "SecondOpinionClient.exe"file in the installation folder.
The client will start up and ask for a valid username and password. Fill i n the credentials in the appropriate fields then press "OK". An internet connection is required for the SecondOpinion® Client to verify the credentials
