Sales Development Representative
Los Angeles, CA; Oren, Utah; Remote - negotiable on experience

We are looking to expand our inside sales team with an organized, process oriented, self-starter individual looking to start or expand their sales career. The sales team is the driving force behind Pearl’s success in the marketplace. Every person and resource in the company stands with the sales team to achieve success, there to help you build, maintain, and grow your pipeline. You are on the front lines through outbounding efforts and managing inbound leads driven by marketing, business development and the sales development team. Setting appointments with qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team selling our revolutionary AI solutions into the dental marketplace, bringing growth to our customers, better patient care for their patients, success for the company and a great living for yourself.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage response to inbound leads and drive conversion to held appointments for Account Executive team
  • Collaborate with sales team and other key individuals in the company for growth
  • Think outside the box
  • Be humble, hungry and smart in your approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Goal-oriented self-starter
  • High energy, collaborative, positive attitude
  • Effective time management
  • Track prospects - identify key decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into Hubspot.
  • Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet and exceed quota

Requirements:

  • Entry-level 

Pluses:

  • Knowledge of the Dental space
  • Previous SDR, ADR, BDR experience
  • Hubspot Experience

  • Los Angeles CA, Orem Utah, remote negotiable on experience
